Paul’s Poles and Electrical Application Form

If you would like Paul’s Poles & Electrical Pty Ltd to lodge an Application for Connection to Ausgrid for new connection or alteration of existing connection please fill in all details below.

We will then lodge the appropriate form to Ausgrid on your behalf for you or your customer.

Ausgrid will then issue us with a NMI (National Metering Identification) or a JOB No. Please allow 7 days for the number to be issued. This will enable Paul’s Poles & Electrical Pty Ltd to proceed with any works you require.
